“Baltic Marine Services” group (further in the text – BMS) acts as an independent shipping agency with a main purpose to optimize the handling vessels in interests of the customers in the ports. We provide the ships’ agency services for vessels of any type and size carrying various cargoes, including oil and oil products, liquefied gas, general cargoes, chemical and bulk cargoes. Main focus of the group is on tanker agency in general. BMS covers about 30-40% of all tanker activities in Baltic States.

Dedicated operations team with deep knowledge of tanker shipping and local conditions is available 24 hours a day to provide quick, accurate and effective communication with our principals. Our highly professional team is able to solve any logistic matters at the earliest possible time. Our staff is high level professionals having more than 10-15 years experience in shipping business.

There are many well-known companies among our permanent customers(owners and charterers), such as BP, SHELL, CHEVRON, Total, GLENCORE VITOL, German Tankers, Heidmar Inc., Navig8 Group, Scorpio Commercial Management, Sirius Chartering AB, CARL BUTTNER GMBH & CO KG….

We have very good relationship with terminals, cargo suppliers, port authorities and harbor master office, which allow us smooth handling of vessels.

We provide high-standard port agency services 24 hours round the clock, 7 days per week. From ship’s pre arrival through to sailing our care and attention is paid to:

• Flawless fulfilment of all instructions of the customer
• Soonest berthing of the ship
• Assistance to the Master and Crew in arrangement of Customs and Immigration formalities
• Supply of the ship with bunker, high-quality provision and fresh water
• Arrangement and monitoring of repairs
• Customs clearance of spare parts dispatched from abroad and their delivery on board alongside the berth or roads
• Arranging of the crew change, Customs & Immigration formalities Crew pick-up/delivery to the vessel
• arranging of medical assistance to the crew members
• Timely arranging of the sailing formalities for vessel’s departure upon completion of cargo operations
